RATING - SUPERIOR (945)

A food safety audit was conducted at this facility on October 11 and 12, 2007. The writer was accompanied throughout the audit by Mr. John V. Mulloy, Jr. COO; Mr. Jose Lugo, Sanitation Manager; and Ms. Starr Langford, Quality Assurance/Documentation.

Excellent cooperation was received by the writer, and on some occasions, the items were immediately corrected.

At the conclusion of the audit, a meeting was held to discuss the observations, recommendations, and rating.

Based on the observations made, the information obtained, and the criteria set forth in theAIB Consolidated Standards for Food Safety, the overall food safety level of this facility was considered to be:

Mulloy, Jr. COO; Mr. Jose Lugo, Sanitation Manager; Ms. Starr Langford, Quality Assurance/Documentation; and Mr. Colin Turner, Distribution Manager.

The writer received excellent cooperation, and on some occasions, the items were immediately corrected.
